Transgender Fertility Tests

We send a clinical grade blood test kit to your door, so that you can do this in the comfort of your own home. You will have the support of the care team, and advice on how to complete your finger prick test.

Should you need to have an ultrasound scan for your test, this can be done at a fertility clinic, an ultrasound scan centre nearest to you, or if you live within the M25 we may be able to send a sonographer to your home where you will have the scan in the privacy of your own space. We only work with the best clinics that have the highest standards of patient care and commitment to protecting the needs of all patients.

You’ll review your results with a fertility doctor with a virtual consultation, again in the privacy of your own home. You’ll be able to ask questions and find out the best next steps for your own unique situation. We have a counselling and care team available to support you with whatever decision you make. 

We send your sperm test kit to your home, to provide a sample in the privacy of your own space. There is the option of visiting a fertility clinic if you prefer.

Your follow up consultation will be virtually with a fertility doctor, where you have the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about the options and treatments available.
