How we test male fertility
This diagnostics package includes a comprehensive sperm test that we deliver to your door to do in the comfort and privacy of your own home. The semen analysis helps to test sperm health by exploring:

How we analyse sperm
Results from this analysis are reported according to the WHO (World Health Organisation) criteria. It is important to note that semen analyses can vary over time. If your last semen analysis was over 6 months ago, or you have reason to believe your sperm quality has changed, we would recommend that you repeat the test.
Where do the fertility tests take place?
We offer at-home fertility testing - we send a clinical-grade diagnostic semen analysis test to your door to provide a sample in the privacy and comfort of your own home. You then return the sperm sample to our lab by mail. You have the option of visiting a clinic close to home if you'd prefer.
What happens after I get my test results?
You'll have a virtual consultation with one of our specialist fertility doctors to review your results. Your doctor will explain your results to you and make recommendations for treatment and next steps, answering any questions you may have.

What’s not included
Please note that our clinical team reserve the right to request and arrange further investigations at extra cost (if required to define next steps and treatment plan). This could include a repeat semen analysis.
Cancellations and refunds
If your consultation is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment, you will not be charged. If cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged in full for the consultation.
