Terms and Conditions for Apricity Fertility's Refer-a-Friend Programme:

Effective May 2024

These terms and conditions govern the Refer-a-Friend programme (the "Programme") offered by Apricity Fertility (referred to as "Apricity," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Programme, you (referred to as "Referrer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Apricity Fertility is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity. We ensure that our referral programme operates with transparency and avoids any perception of undue influence or conflicts of interest.

1. Programme Overview:

a. The Programme allows existing patients of Apricity Fertility to refer friends or family members ("Referred") to Apricity Fertility and obtain a gift card as a token of appreciation.

b. The Referrer will receive a gift card only when the Referred pays for a treatment or service with Apricity Fertility.

c. The Referred will receive a discount of £200 towards their treatment with Apricity.

2. Participation Eligibility:

a. The Referrer must be an existing patient of Apricity Fertility.

b. The Referrer and the Referred must be at least 18 years old.

c. The Referred must not have been a patient of Apricity Fertility within the last 3 months prior to being referred.

d. Only one referral can be made per Referred individual.

e. The same referral code cannot be used for more than 5 individuals.

f. The referral code will be valid for up to 3 months after it is received by the Referrer.

g. The Referred must be a self-funding patient, and the discount cannot be used in conjunction with a PMI allowance.

3. Gift Card Distribution:

a. The gift card will be issued to both the Referrer and the Referred via email within 30 days after the Referred pays for a treatment or diagnostic service with Apricity Fertility.

b. The gift card will be sent to the email addresses provided by the Referrer during the referral process.

4. Programme Limits and Modifications:

a. Apricity Fertility reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the programme at any time without prior notice.

b. Apricity Fertility reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent behaviour.

Applicable per treatment quote signed and once the first payment has been made.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.

6. Data Privacy:

a. Data Protection: We respect your privacy and adhere to data protection regulations. When participating in our referral programme, you will be provided with a unique code to share with family/friends ("Referred"). You are under no obligation to share this code. Your privacy is important to us, and we will not share any of your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

b. By participating in the programme, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by Apricity Fertility for the purposes of administering the programme, in line with existing ‘Apricity Terms and Conditions’.

c. Apricity Fertility will comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.

d. If your referred uses the code you provided and completes treatment with us, you may be eligible to receive a gift card as a token of our appreciation. However, we will only send you the gift card if your referred consents with us informing you that they have undergone treatment with Apricity. This ensures transparency and respects the privacy preferences of both you and your referred.

e. Consent: Your referred must provide explicit consent for us to inform you that they have used our services. They can do this by ticking the opt-in box stating: "I consent to the code referrer being made aware that I have used Apricity’s services. I understand that none of my personal data will be shared with them, but depending on who they shared the code with, they may be able to deduce my identity."

f. Any personal information collected during the referral process will be handled with strict confidentiality and will only be used for the purpose of administering the programme.

7. General Terms:

a. The gift card is non-transferable and has no cash value.

b. Apricity Fertility is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards.

c. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

d. The referral programme will be administered fairly and without discrimination. Patients will not be incentivised to refer individuals who are not suitable candidates for fertility treatment.
