What does a typical patient journey look like?

Free consultation with a fertility advisor
You’ll discuss your fertility history, any relevant medical history for you and your partner, and gain an understanding of what fertility tests are available.

Take a fertility test in the comfort of your home
We’ll send your fertility test kit directly to your door. Blood tests and semen analysis can be done at home, and if needed we’ll arrange an ultrasound scan at one of our partner scan locations as close to your home as possible. All without having to visit a clinic. You have the option of visiting a clinic if you'd prefer.

Review your results with a doctor
You’ll have an online consultation with one of our fertility specialists to discuss your results and recommendations for treatment. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and understand the next steps.

Build your package
The next step is to plan your treatment. Your advisor will help you understand the payment plans available to you, and how to get started.

Personalised treatment plan
Your plan will be tailored to you by our expert doctors. With Apricity, all the medication you require will be included and prescribed by our doctors, and delivered to your door.

Ongoing support
You’ll gain access to our bespoke mobile app, packed with useful guidance and tools to help you manage and plan your journey. You’ll receive free supportive counselling as part of your package, and access to your care team 7 days a week through extended hours.
